Rouven (ルーヘン) is a character from Chapter 3 of The Epic of Zektbach. A member of Agiona agency, he is tasked with scientific research.
Appearance[]
Rouven has long gray hair that reaches his shoulders and blue eyes.
He wears round glasses, a long white jacket with a pin of the symbol of Agiona - The Ouroboros -, a dark red top, black pants and black and red boots.
Personality[]
He has a brilliant mind, but he is also cruel and brutal, and likes to do anti-moral things such as human experiments for the sake of his research.[1]
Story[]
A young and skilled medical scientist in charge of scientific research, he is the manager of all royal academies and libraries. He also is in control of the Kingdom's scholarship, and is known to do this specific job with an unusual cruelty ; he imprisons all scholars with a superior brain, using them as experiment subjects for pharmaceutical research and neuroscience experiments until their minds break down.[2]
