Ridenburg is the "Academic City" of the Holy Kingdom of Noigllado (also called "City of Knowledge"). It's the home of various research institutes and educational facilities of the Kingdom and has produced many scholars who serve the royal court.
Description[]
The city has a huge "Royal Library" which structurally and connotatively the center of the city. The streets radiate out from the Royal Library and each section is labeled "Math District" "Astronomy Disctrict"...
There is also a Royal University, mainly handled by the Agiona agency.
