Joah's Memos (ヨアの手記, yoa no shuki) are a short collection of records and reflections left by Joah shortly after his dissociation from the Ark Ouroboros database. Although protected by a memetic gate, which only a transcendental being can open, they remain accessible in the Ruins of the Skyship, where Lien almost manages to read them in Chapter 2, before Shamshir promptly kills him to prevent him from uncovering their contents.
In these notes, Joah discusses his point of view on humanity and the choices that led them to Project Ourobors deeming them a mistake. He talks of a mysterious new world, which potential he has been able to ascertain, and of the nature and necessity of gods, of which he finally decides to create "the last one" : L'erisia — thereby reinstating meme in all human minds.
