Isfaphan is the capital of the Kingdom of Azuelgatt. It was protected by the Fortress of Doroah. It appears in the OAV Shamshir Dance. The eastern ethnic group "Asem" lives in the city.

- 720-7: The Tragedy of Isfaphan: Shamshir abruptly kills several innocent people. The Kingdom of Azuelgatt loses its balance and domination over land, and much of its people have to exile to the Holy Kingdom.
